Description: Our regular cleaning service is designed to maintain a clean, healthy, and comfortable home. Services include:

• Dusting accessible surfaces, furniture, décor, and fixtures
• Dusting baseboards and trim as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen countertops and surfaces
• Cleaning exterior surfaces of appliances
• Cleaning and sanitizing sinks and faucets
• Cleaning stove tops and microwave interiors
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers, tubs, and bathroom fixtures                                           • Removal of soap scum, hard water deposits, and bathroom buildup
• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners (if provided)
• Vacuuming carpets, rugs, stairs, and upholstery as needed
• Sweeping and mopping hard-surface floors
• Spot cleaning doors, light switches, and high-touch areas
• General straightening and resetting of rooms
• Focused attention on areas requiring extra care during each visit

DEEP CLEANING SERVICES:

Description: Our Deep Cleaning Service includes everything in our Standard Cleaning Service, plus additional services to refresh and restore your home to its best condition. 

Deep Cleaning Services also  Include:

• Thorough cleaning of baseboards, trim, doors, and door frames
• Detailed cleaning of cabinet fronts and drawer fronts
• Detailed cleaning of shower walls, tubs, fixtures, and grout lines
• Cleaning interior window
• Detailed dusting of blinds, vents, ceiling fans, and accessible light fixtures
• Spot cleaning or washing walls as needed
• Thorough floor cleaning with extra attention to buildup and high-traffic areas                               • Interior oven cleaning
• Interior refrigerator cleaning
• Interior window cleaning

MOVE-IN / MOVE-OUT CLEANING SERVICES:

Description: Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Service includes everything in our Deep Cleaning Service, plus additional attention to areas typically inaccessible in occupied homes. This service is designed to prepare a property for a new resident by providing a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning.

In Addition to Deep Cleaning Services, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning May Include:

• Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and shelving
• Cleaning inside closets and storage spaces
• Cleaning inside refrigerator and freezer
• Cleaning inside oven
• Cleaning interior windows, tracks, and sills
• Detailed cleaning behind and underneath appliances
