Cleaner Position – Key Objectives
- Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning results that meet Krazy Klean standards for every home and business serviced.
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts, maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Follow all cleaning checklists, SOPs, and safety guidelines to ensure thorough, efficient, and safe service.
- Maintain positive, professional interactions with clients, including clear communication, respect for their space, and a friendly attitude.
- Represent Krazy Klean’s values on every job through honesty, integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Properly care for and organize cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any issues or shortages promptly.
- Complete assigned jobs within expected timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding job status, concerns, or client requests.
- Accept feedback with a growth mindset and actively work to improve performance and skills.
- Support team operations, including assisting other cleaners when needed and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Follow company policies for client privacy, security, and professionalism at all times.
- Accurately complete any required job documentation or reports (checklists, notes, issues, etc.).
- Identify and report maintenance issues or unusual conditions in client spaces when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, professional personal appearance while on the job.
- Contribute to company growth by helping create great client experiences that lead to repeat business and referrals.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Previous cleaning or customer service experience is required.
Experience working in homes, offices, or commercial environments is helpful.
Comfort interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Ability to learn cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards through training.
Physical Requirements & Transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35–50 pounds, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial spaces.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client job sites as scheduled.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
